Stackable Washer Dryer Maintenance

I hava an older model GE stackable washer and dryer (wsm2700dawww) that needs maintenance.  The unit is in a tight closet at the top of the stairs to the 2nd floor.  I think the dryer drum glide bearing needs to be replaced.  I will also need to vacuum and clean behind the unit - hasn't been done in years.  Would also like to replace the washing machine pan under the unit.
