Have area that needs to be finished clearing and laying of patio tiles as well as replace and enhance decking above site. This includes moving of some surface materials still there, leveling the area and laying the tiles. Electrical work also needs to be done. Deck surface boards need to be replaced with trex and drainage/ceiling installed as well.
