I need someone to help my grandma move

My grandma lives in a small apartment located in Ashland Va near Randolph Macon college. She has been in a bad living situation and is moving in with her daughter but has no way to lift her heavy items herself (medium sized ground freezer, bookshelf, tv, storage shelves and some boxes and bags. She also has some of these items upstairs although the stairs are right by the door) it could all fit on a truck for sure! She is looking to move to Richmond near the highland springs area. if anyone has a truck and is willing to help, please let me know! Thank you
