I would prefer someone who can do the board, 240volt outlet and gas cap

I have a short run in my garage from the box to an electric rage that is against the garage wall, it is a dedicated line an can turn it into 240

I have a gas connection to my stove and I need it capped off

Need a board to stop my hot water heater that is leaning forward. it can be pulled back straight but needs a proper support to hold it back upright.
