Lawn/yard overhaul

we are looking for someone to do work on our yard for our end unit townhome. 1- a paver patio installed. requires tilling and grading. total area is about 176 sq feet or about 22' x 8'. there is a deck installed on second level so there are posts that need to be worked around. understandably, type of pavers would impact the cost of this job so we are lookign for a high/low estimate to get an idea. we have a good idea which pavers we would like but have not made a final decision. 2- clear/remove existing flower bed, till, grade and sod front portion of property. About 30' x 15'. (there are 3 existing plants we wish to keepso replanting may be necessary. 3- Till, grade and sod side yard. About 50' x 10'. 4- install fence. about 70' of fencing plus a gate we have illustrated plan with accurate measurements if you are interested. 6' Board on board fence. we are looking for estimates on these jobs seperately and together. please feel free to ask questions. thank you!
