Install drip irrigation for vegetable garden and also install a couple of rain barrels.

We would like to install a drip irrigation system for a small vegetable garden, which presently has 12 raised beds and a 5 in ground beds. There are also a couple of gutters that drain into the vegetable garden and can be used to install rain barrels. We want a simple and cost effective installation.
