Babysitting/childcare

Looking for a babysitter part time for my little girl who is 5 years old. I work as a server 6 to 7 hr. Shifts. My schedule changes weekly so I don't know exact days or nights until the week before. I prefer someone who loves kids obviously and has previous experience in childcare.  Someone who is reliable, trustworthy, and reasonable considering I'm a single mom trying to provide the best i can in this world today. Someone who doesn't mind a background check and willing to meet before hand to see if the vibe is right. I'd prefer some with other children around her age to play with but am also open to a sitter to come keep her at our home as well. Prefer someone who drives but open to providing an uber depending on availability of an uber at the time. We live in the fan/museum district of RVA near the VMFA. We can talk financial when we chat.
