***First thing and top priority*** is my fridge which is Kenmore brand needs repairing as it doesn't get cold as much my food getting ruined so I need someone urgently to come over my house to fix it please. 

Secondly, I need a whole new External Bay Window (minus the windows) so basically I have all wood right now want plastic to be installed and same windows to be installed. I am tired of repairing this on a yearly basis so I heard if plastic is installed then all that worry would be over.
