Labor for building a composite deck. I will take care of materials.

Hello. My name is Ernest. I'm am looking for an experienced contractor to rebuild a deck with composite decking and railings. I am really looking into myself purchasing all the material with your assistance ( I pretty much have a good idea of what I want and I just need confirmation for materials. I will need the contractor I hire to build the entire deck. I am also very open to removing the deck myself and keeping the dumpster around for your discarding needs. So to sum it up, I need a contractor for the labor to build a 18 x 30 feet deck with stairs and for their expertise to confirm materials that are needed. I am open to negotiate price.
