Hello - I am seeking an honest, affordable and reliable handyman who enjoys what he does and isn’t seeking to overcharge. I have a three (3) bedroom and two (2) full bathroom townhome that needs a little TLC. I have a solid budget for labor and will provide materials (paint, drywall, plumbing material)  myself. At the moment, I am seeking solid estimates and will attach photos for the repairs. 

1. Repaint front and back porch

2. Stabilize railing in front of home

3. Paint entire home (includes window sills, baseboards, and closets of each room) - 1200 sqft

4. Repair ceiling in small bedroom

5. Replace carpet in small bedroom and middle bedroom

6. Repaint bathroom cabinet in upstairs bathroom

7. Repair plumbing under kitchen sink

8. Repair a little drywall in basement from mold 

I am seeking a painter who is reasonable and honest. I have a small room that I’d like to have painted and received a quote for $600. I will be upfront and confess that I do not have that kind of money for a paint job for a room that is only big enough for a twin sized bed and a TV stand. So, if there’s anyone around who’d like to make some extra cash, please connect with me. I don’t have the room dimensions but it’s literally small enough to fit a twin sized bed and a tv stand.
