The old patio door is leaking when the rain storm came and caused moisture damage. Need a new sliding door with screen door and some precaution to prevent leaking again.

The old pump won’t start and maybe burnt. We need a new pump (with larger HP maybe) and have it installed. Insured and licensed contractors only, as per home warranty required. HBW Allowance for part + labor is up to $1000. I can pay the difference but not too much.
