Personal Care Assistant

I am looking for someone 4 to 5 hours every other week to care for my wife who has balance issues. Duties will include assistance with walking to and from the bathroom and dining room, dressing, lunch preparation, and some laundry. My wife has a condition called Progressive supranuclear palsey (PSP). Her cognitive ability is also declining.
