House Keeping and Occasional Baby Sitting

Have a large 5BR 4BA house that needs cleaning once a week (4x per month).  Bathrooms, Kitchens, Living Areas - no bedrooms. Also, if possible, would love to be able to find someone who does occasional baby sitting. (not factored into price below)
