Shower tile regrouting and carpentry

I have two small jobs:  (1) my shower has an area of tiles thst need to be regrouted and (2) i need a pvc board on my garage attached with screws as the person who installed it used a nail gun and a section of the pvc has come loose.  It will slso need to be painted afterwards.  I have the paint. Price is negotiable but I would like to pay no more than $50 per hour.

Basic Interior Stairs Needed

I'm looking for someone to build a simple set of interior stairs from the main floor to the basement.  The door on the main floor exists and it's a 96" drop to the basement floor. I think it's a 2 - 3 day job as I've built stairs before. I'll supply the materials so it's a labor only job.  The right side of the stairs has an existing dry wall so the left side of the stairs would need to be drywalled as well.  It's a very straightforward job and I can send you photos.  Ignore the date on this posting as we'd need to discuss the job.  Would like something like the photo attached. Offering $75 per hour for 8 hour per day, unless you wish to work more hours per day to get the job done.
