Need kitchen work done: flooring, electric(?), possible plumbing,

I need some of the flooring put down, and then have that half of the kitchen put in. After that will need the rest of the OLD taken out, rest of floor, and then rest of kitchen. So there will be some light plumbing. I figure I'll need someone for the install of 2 breakers for 110 and 220 going to the island. When the second part of kitchen goes in will be wanting the plumbing going in.  Also, perhaps, should get kitchen cabinets put in and THEN do the floor? So some consulting would be greatly appreciated. My handyman hasn't shown for weeks. 1490 - outside wall where tons of storage will be installed. 1489 - description of flooring 1491 - Will stay away from existing, but can go to wall at the left. Island would sit here. 1536-1537 - Inventory.
