Hello! My husband and I are looking to have a cleaner come 1-2 times per month and deep clean the following rooms: 

3.5 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, all floors in common areas, and 1 bedroom. 

We keep our home very tidy but would just like these to be deep cleaned and freshened up from time to time. I have attached a few photos for reference.
