Move sleeper sofa from upstairs to basement. Can use outside entrance, don't need to go down stairs.

Need to move 83" long sleeper sofa from upstairs to basement family room. Access via basement double doors located at grade.

I would like to move a sleeper sofa from our upstairs keeping room (just off the kitchen) to our downstairs family room. The downstairs has a double door that is at grade. Can take the sofa outside and around the house to the basement door. No need to take down the interior stairs. Also, have one small upholstered chair in the basement to move to the main bedroom on the 1st floor.

Sleeper sofa is about 83" in length.
