In-Home Healthcare for 85 year old father with dementia

We are in need of in-home healthcare for my 85 year old father.  He lives with my sister in Pasadena, Maryland so I am interested i someone that lives in either Lake Shore, Pasadena or Glen Burnie, MD only.   He has Dementia and would need care with medication, feeding, showering and bathroom etc.   Looking for 2-3 days per week.
