Honest reliabel and knowledgeable Appliance repair technician needed

I have a Profile Model PGB918SEM2SS oven that does not increase to temperature set to, and an OLD commercial refrigerator making noise. On a limited budget and frig may not be worth repairing unless something easy and inexpensive. But would like to see if my oven can repaired , hoping it is only a defective thermostat. Please give me an idea what the initial cost estimate of you looking at it would be. And time frame that you would come to look at it. Thank you
