Outdoor Deck Panel Removal

We are having a mini-split unit installed on our outdoor deck and need to have a hard plastic window panel removed to accommodate the small A/C/heating unit that will be mounted in that space.  Specifically, we need the following.  Temporarily unscrew vertical PVC boards and the small horizontal PVC board below the window panel  Unscrew and remove the panel  Insert a 3/8" white PVC board (or similar wood) in the opening where the window panel previously existed Remount vertical PVC board and small horizontal PVC board I've attached photos showing the panel to be removed (circled in yellow), an overall view of the PVC boards which need to be temporarily removed to access the panel, and the screw holes to remove these boards.  We would like the work done as soon as possible but do have some flexibility on the date and time.
