Install a new garbage disposal to a new sink, then install and connect a drain plumbing to the garbage disposal.  Also install two shark bite valves to the hot and cold water outlets for the sink's faucet and connect the faucet's two hoses to the hot and cold water valves that you installed.

Need water spout for backyard fixed
